Return & Refund

Every print is made and signed by hand, and I want you to genuinely love it on your wall. If it doesn't feel right in your space, you can send it back.

The 30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, for any reason. That's longer than the law requires — it's there because choosing art online is hard, and you should be able to live with a piece before committing to it.

Discounted and sale items are included. If you used a discount code, your refund is simply the amount you actually paid.

How to return a print

1. Email sagar@sagavortex.art within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. I'll reply with the return address and simple instructions.
3. Send the print back — unused, in its original packaging, in the condition it arrived.

Please wait for my reply before sending anything, so it reaches the right place.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by you, unless the print arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent — in those cases I cover everything.

Because prints can be damaged in transit, I recommend a tracked and insured service. I can't be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged on the way back to me.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and has been checked, I'll refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Your refund includes the price you paid plus standard outbound shipping. If you chose a faster or upgraded delivery option, the difference above standard shipping isn't refunded.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your print arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, I'll replace it free of charge — no need to send anything back.

Just email sagar@sagavortex.art within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with a photo of the damage, including the packaging where possible. I'll reprint and reship at my cost.

A note on condition

Prints must come back unused and in their original packaging. Everything is inspected on return. In the rare case a print comes back in unsellable condition — creased, marked, or damaged through handling — I may need to return it to you or apply a reduction. I'd always contact you first to talk it through.

Your statutory rights (EU/EEA customers)

Nothing here affects your legal rights. Under EU consumer law you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order, for any reason. My 30-day guarantee above is offered in addition to this and is more generous.

To use your statutory right, email sagar@sagavortex.art within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days to return the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning them.

Purchases elsewhere

I can only refund orders placed directly at sagavortex.art. Prints bought through a gallery, distributor or other retailer must be returned to them.
